For 1 thing I got no instructions on how to dilute this product so I went online to another site that sells enzyme cleaners and did what they said to do. I also called the Keen Free company and they were no help at all.
Everything I clean needs to me rinsed off because it leaves a terible residue on everything. I had used a product called 'Bio Enviro" before this and it lasted me a whole year! It was a concentrate also but I didn't have the rinsing and streak problem I hadf with the Kleen Free. Also the ingredients in the Enviro are betterl. It has Neem and coconut oil in it. Both are very good bug repellent and killers.
I just wish I could remember where I got the Keen Free so I coud return it and go back to the ogther stuff

I used this spray after I got a bed from some friends who were moving. Turned out that the bed (mattress and box springs), which previously sat unused in their spare bedroom, was infested with bedbugs. Nothing killed the bugs; I used Raid, bug bombers, probably tried ten different products from local retailers. I was utterly miserable because the bugs were migrating into the rest of the house from my spare bedroom, and I was getting bit. It was a living hell. In desperation I found this. IT WORKED!!!!!! I diluted the concentrate a little on the heavy side and sprayed everything. Twice. I laundered the sheets and blankets in it and I also soaked in the bath for the bites, which worked like a charm. Within two days my house was clear of bedbugs. I am buying another bottle this year to treat for fleas on the dogs because Frontline isn't working as well as it used to.

I am really excited by and committed to using organic products. However, this product did not work as an insect eliminator as it claimed.
